🍤 Gamberoni in padella (Pan-Seared Prawns with White Wine and Parsley) ✨

Ingredients:
- 500 g large prawns
- 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3–4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (Olio Magnifico)
- ½ glass white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the parsley and garlic.
- Heat a drizzle of Olio Magnifico in a pan, add the parsley and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes until they start turning pink.
- Deglaze with half a glass of white wine, letting it simmer and coat the prawns.
- Continue cooking until prawns are fully done. Add a bit more chopped parsley and a final splash of raw Olio Magnifico before serving.
